- SUNDAY JUN. 28 - KONA MARATHON & HALF , 10K , 5K .

- SATURDAY OCT. 10 - IRONMAN / KONA - WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP !

This week the wind it's crazy strong 30-40 mph! Hard to train!!
Are you doing ironman kona this year?!
